DNP ENERGY offers its clients a Solar Power Purchase Agreement (SPPA), which includes a comprehensive financial arrangement in which DNP ENERGY owns, operates, and maintains the photovoltaic (PV) system. The customer will host the PV system on their property and purchase electricity output from DNP ENERGY for a predetermined period. This Solar Power Purchase Agreement allows our customers to benefit from stable and often low-cost electricity.
Through SPPA arrangements, our clients can overcome traditional barriers associated with installing on-site solar systems, such as high upfront capital costs, system performance risk, and complex design engineering procurement processes. Additionally, the SPPA arrangements can be cash flow positive for customers from the moment the system is commissioned, complemented by our robust operation maintenance services.

DNP ENERGY provides comprehensive Turnkey Solar EPC Solutions for utility-scale ground-mounted, rooftop, and distributed solar parks, encompassing Design Engineering Procurement, installation, and commissioning services.
Our reliable design is supported by a best-in-class engineering team, utilizing state-of-the-art design software to ensure compliance with international standards. We conduct third-party design reviews and power generation simulations to enhance project accuracy.
We source equipment from top suppliers, ensuring maximum, trouble-free operation, and our quality-certified products are backed by partnerships and service level agreements (SLAs) with reputable vendors. Consistently delivering projects in record time, we maintain the highest field quality. Additionally, our dedicated project teams are well-equipped to handle installation efficiently.
Moreover, we offer Operation Maintenance Services and assist clients in navigating Solar Power Purchase Agreements to ensure long-term success and sustainability in their solar ventures.

Optimization, Operation Maintenance Services (OOM) is one of the most critical ways to ensure that the solar power system delivers the best possible generation. Our highly skilled and dedicated team ensures the seamless operation and maintenance of each solar plant throughout its complete lifespan, in line with the Design Engineering Procurement process.
We focus on faster and cost-effective performance monitoring, O&M data analysis and reporting, routine preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring that roof drainage is adequate, and that any roof penetrations are watertight. Additionally, we check for ground erosion near the footings of a ground mount and ensure that electrical enclosures are only accessible to authorized personnel, all while aligning with the Solar Power Purchase Agreement.
